Acceptance and Eligibility

By accessing or using Knotr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the app or services.

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and not be prohibited from using Knotr under applicable law.

Accounts, Conduct, and Content

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login credentials secure. You may maintain only one account unless we authorize otherwise.

Harassment, impersonation, illegal activity, spam, minor safety violations, non-consensual content, hate speech, doxxing, and platform manipulation are prohibited.

You retain ownership of your content and grant Encontr Technology LLC the limited rights needed to operate and provide Knotr.

Shared Plans and Digital Agreements

Knotr may let users create shared plans, reminders, check-ins, or other mutual understandings. These are user-created communication tools and are not legally binding contracts.

Encontr Technology LLC is not a party to user-created shared plans and does not verify, enforce, mediate, or guarantee them.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Knotr may offer in-app purchases and Knotr Premium subscriptions. Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to the applicable store terms.

Subscription prices, billing periods, free trial availability, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

For purchases made through Apple, your license is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
