Treat every member with dignity. Respect differences in experience, identity, and boundaries.

Consent must be informed, enthusiastic, and ongoing. It can be withdrawn at any time.

Be truthful in your profile, communications, and shared plans. Prioritize physical and emotional safety.

What We Encourage

Use authentic profiles, honest communication, privacy controls, safety tools, reporting, and shared plans to keep expectations clear.

What Is Prohibited

Harassment, unwanted contact, child safety violations, illegal activity, spam, non-consensual content sharing, hate speech, impersonation, platform manipulation, doxxing, and ignoring stated boundaries are prohibited.

Child safety violations include child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation, sextortion, attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes, or any content or conduct that sexualizes or exploits a minor. Knotr has zero tolerance for this conduct.

Child Safety Standards

Knotr is designed for adults only. Users must be 18 or older to create an account or use the Service. We do not knowingly allow minors to use Knotr, and accounts suspected of belonging to minors may be restricted, removed, or escalated for review.

We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form, including child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, age misrepresentation to contact minors, or any content or conduct that sexualizes or exploits a minor.

Users can report profiles, posts, messages, and other safety concerns in the app. Reports involving child safety are prioritized for review. Users may also contact us directly at [email protected] with the subject line Child Safety.

When we identify or receive a credible report of child sexual abuse or exploitation, we may remove content, preserve relevant evidence where appropriate, restrict or terminate accounts, and report to NCMEC, law enforcement, or other appropriate authorities when required or appropriate under applicable law.

Enforcement and Appeals

We may remove content, warn users, restrict accounts, suspend accounts, permanently ban accounts, or refer serious safety issues, including child safety violations, to authorities where appropriate.

Users may appeal enforcement decisions through the in-app appeal or support flow.
