Delete Your Knotr Account

Delete in the App

If you can sign in to Knotr, open Settings and choose Delete Account. The app will ask you to confirm the deletion request before it is scheduled.

Your account is deactivated immediately after confirmation. Profile data, media, messages, and connections are scheduled for deletion or anonymization after 7 days. Records we must retain for legal, safety, security, fraud-prevention, or billing reasons may be retained under our Privacy Policy.

If You Cannot Access the App

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Knotr account. Use the subject line "Knotr account deletion request" and include enough information for us to verify the account.

We may request additional verification before processing deletion requests to protect accounts from unauthorized deletion.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Deleting your Knotr account does not automatically cancel active App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Manage or cancel active subscriptions from your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
